[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been taking this product for several weeks to help with my energy. I feel like it does give me a boost of energy after I take it. I normally take it in the afternoon time around lunch. It is a chewable tablet that tastes somewhat like a vitamin and is a small enough tab that it is not too much. The packaging is in a nice safe bottle and seems to be made of quality ingredients. No side effects

Tablets are easy to take and I haven’t have any stomach issues or side effects , the methyl form of B12 is easy to the body to process . A must for vegetarians

Beneficial, easy to chew

So many different vitamins are huge tablets and difficult to swallow but this is perfect. There are so many health benefits to taking vitamin B 12, too many to list quite frankly. I love that this is a very good solution to including in your diet and enhancing well being. It also has a very mild lemon flavor so it has a good flavor as well.
