As a senior citizen, sleep becomes an issue. Tried melatonin, lavender and Zfactor. First didn’t work, 2nd taste kept recurring, third caused an increase in heart beat. Friend recommended this and chiropractor was familiar with Calm. Been taking magnesium pills for a long time but do nothing This does seem to relax you without any harmful additives. No aftertaste but effervescent not a fan of-might’be better in cold beverage.
