[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used these hair, skin, and nail gummies long so I can’t speak to their effectiveness , but the flavor is good and the texture is less sticky than other gummies I’ve tried. I like that they also contain pro-retinol vitamins along with biotin and niacinamide. Great strawberry flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great strawberry flavor but there is a coating on the dummies that stays on uour tongue. I'm not sure if I've seen an improvement on my nails and hair. I will probably get another bottle just to see if there's an improvement if I take it another month. Works for my hair and nails
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 3 weeks postpartum and I am worried about hair loss and weak nails that come with breastfeeding. I am excited to see if this will do well for me. So far, my nails have been strong and I haven’t lost much hair. You only take two gummies a day, they are not the best taste, but they are not horrible either. Yummy and effective
