Easy path to stronger bones
Gummies are not my favourite way to take vitamins but….they are so easy to take anytime of day, we’re more likely to do so. My bad for not reading the label before buying but my first dose was overwhelmingly sugary. Then I checked the label. 7 grams of ADDED sugar in a daily serving. That is nearly 2 teaspoons of sugar that I would have been adding to my daily intake. Considering we are using this to improve our health I was shocked.
