Lysine, 1000mg. I bought these and it's too bad a person doesn't know the SIZE of the tablet before buying these. When a person is over 85+ years, some elderly people would not find it easy to swallow the size of these tablets! i am sure the ingredients of these tablets are acceptable, but PLEASE, I have to return these because they are too big to swallow!!Reply from naturemade.com3 months agoThank you for sharing your concern about the size of the product. Taken it for years.
Started taking when a friend recommended taking it to prevent cold sores.
