Buy the non-gendered Multi instead
Pro: NatureMade is the only vitamin brand I've seen that consistently has any external verification of what it contains (USP), and the nutrient profile is good. Con: The "Women's" multivitamin has a bit more folic acid and the calcium is bumped up from 12% to 19%, but you only get 90 pills for almost the same price as 130 of the non-gendered multivitamin.
