I started to have a hair fall recently and then I started with these tablets to help me improve my vitamin D. It is effective when taken for a long time. The packaging is a big bottle with capsules, but honestly the size of the bottle can be reduced if an option. Not the best
I tried this for over 90 days and there was no change in my hair skin or nails. The ingredients aren't the best so I stopped using it. It doesn't have a taste because it's a pill.
