Easily accessible in majority of grocery and drug stores. The brand is a standard for vitamins. Like many vitamins it takes several weeks to see a difference. But taking daily does increase your odds of growing stronger hair and nails. Instructions on the bottle are clear as far as dosage. Has helped me for menopausal symptoms of hair loss
My hairdresser said I was losing a lot of hair. I was concerned & contacted my doctor. Another dr was responding, as my regular doctor was on vacation. She suggested 5000 mcg of Biotin daily. It has apparently helped as my hairdresser says I have a “nice head of hair “!! I have heard that women on thyroid meds cannot use Biotin??
