Calcuim natures Bounty It's excellent.
I love its texture and consistency; it contains a lot. The expiration date is great because it gives you plenty of time to take the whole thing. Easy to swallow and excellent absorption.
Obtaining enough calcium to prevent osteoporosis was difficult to do through diet alone. Nature's Bounty has solved this problem because they developed a form which is easily digested, consistent in strength and readily absorbed. Calcium tablets are typically large and difficult to swallow, but these are the exception. If you can't swallow the tablet, then you can't benefit from the product. Take it after breakfast or lunch try to not consum
I use it with my other daily supplements it’s really good. I only consume one pill a day. It almost has no taste and no smell.
