    Beware of diarrhea, super strong laxative effect!

    It’s not advertised that this is a really high dose. My side effects were so intense 30 minutes after taking it in the evening. I had intense diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, and stomach and chest aches. I do not recommend, unless you have a super high magnesium tolerance. I normally take 200 mg but realized too late that I have taken glycinate instead of citrate (which this is). Citrate is known to be much harsher on the stomach and is pretty much a laxative! Beware.

    Good

    Nature's bounty magnesium is pretty good. It absorbs pretty easily and work well. The bottle is easy to use and the pills are easy to dispense. I like it.
