Take it when you’re ready to lay down for bed.
Works really well as long as your ready to lay down and actually go to sleep otherwise it won’t be helpful to you. I took this medication for 5 days, it did not help my sleep at all.l that’s why I stoped. I don’t know if it needs to be taken longer. Works as advertised.
