Pleasant and effective
A must have in my house. I can be the most exhausted person in the room and moment I lay down, my mind races. Having these melatonin pills on my nightstand is the easiest way to quiet my mind and easily drift off to sleep. I would say it takes about 2-3 min to fully dissolve under the tongue before chewing and swallowing the rest of it. It has a sweet taste so it’s not unpleasant in the slightest. Helps you sleep longer for sure. Does not accelerate your drowsiness or eliminate mind racing before sleep. Plan on waking up an hour later than usual. Price has been rising.
