Longer hair & nails ✅
The secret weapon to longer nails and hair. I love that this is such a basic ingredient type of supplement. It’s a little big but I love that it’s a gel pill because it absorbs faster. It doesn’t taste bad, but I wouldn’t say it taste great either! Discusting Burp, too bad
I bought this to have no fish after taste. After swallowing with food, I didn't taste any fish. But after 1 or 2 hours I got one fish burp, and the taste wouldn't leave my mouth and nose. So discusting! I once had another brand "Arctic Blue" if was perfect, but I can't get it on the island where I live. Fishy burps
