Have been using for years. Happy with what it does for my body. Just have to be careful , seems every bottle must have been sitting out inthe sun for a brief period. These are easy to chew and swallow, soft and sweet, only thing is they are "clumped together " in the jar. I checked the date because I bought them and they date expires mid 2027. They are fresh.
