Natural anti-inflammatory
A friend told me to take this when I told her I had severe knee pain. She told me it’s an anti-inflammatory and it helped her with similar issues. I take one tablet of the nature’s bounty 1000 mg turmeric plus black pepper extract a day. If your pain is severe, you might want to start with two but I take one.
