An easy supplement to take that is effective
These supplements don’t smell or taste like anything which I’m grateful for. They are easy to digest and helpful with maintaining balance in my diet. My doctor recommended this to me due to a vitamin D deficiency and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Works well, texture is gross
An easy way to get your levels back up if they’re relatively low. Easily accessible in most drug and grocery stores. For something that alot of people need the price should be lower so it can help more people. I found that the pills do start to stick together due to the gel like outer casings. So it’s important to use quickly but also everyday to get its effectiveness. It’s not an instant fix. Like most things it takes a few weeks to see results and in some cases your doctor may recommend a higher dose. Easy AM routine addition!
The Nature’s Bounty Vitamin D3 have been a helpful resource for my morning routine to increase my Vitamin D levels on my labs. The doctor suggested for me to introduce a supplement and luckily these are a nice size that are not bad if you have trouble swallowing.
