I love this product! I was using powdered collagen products but I didn’t feel a difference. I already use Nature’s Bounty Women’s Multivitamin and Hair Skin & Nails as my supplement regimen. When I found the liquid collagen it just complemented my self care routine. The taste is good but I mix it with a little water or juice. I used feel achy and stiff in my lower back and knees. After using this product for a month I feel huge relief! No constant nagging discomfort. I feel great in my body overall. I will definitely keep this in my routine! It actually works !!! Trust me.
I am perimenopause and I was on the shot and losing hair relentlessly. I tried so many different things my hair just kept thinning and falling out.
