Great product
I have been buying this B12 version for 2 yrs now and very happy with the quality. I have a restless legs and muscle aches at night this has help tremendously. My doctors subscribed 5000 mcg and also only for me to use the Methylcobalamin. Nature truth was the only brand that I could find this combination. Healthy energy boosting dissolving tablet

Most vitamins taste so awful.
