Excellent for balding spots and maybe more
I'm in my mid 70s. My hair literally stopped growing, except for a few stragglers, several years ago. I also had nearly bald spots on my hair crown. I started taking the recommended amount of Hair Skin & Nails with 5000 biotin less than 6 months ago. My nearly bald spots have filled in at least 80%. What a noticeable difference. Effective vitamin
Works as expected for nails. Much healthier. Reasonably priced. Just need help with thinning hair and skin with aging. So pretty!

Maybe good for the long haul?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never taken biotin supplements before so I was excited to try the Nature's Truth pills. The pills are a gorgeous rose gold color that will really appeal to women. The odor is off-putting so I tried to just take the pill quickly. Taking 3 pills a day is a little much, but I found that I was able to stick to that schedule most of the time. I noticed that my urine turned a bright yellow color after I began taking the supplements. I honestly cannot attest to the claims of stronger, healthier hair, skin, and nails, but perhaps I haven't taken the supplements long enough or maybe I'm not absorbing the proper amount of the vitamins and minerals.
