Good Vitamin

I was deficient in Vitamin B when I started taking this and when I went to get my levels checked again they were normal. An excellent vitamin brand

For quite some time I had wondered if I had been getting enough B-12 in my diet, and since taking this supplement, I can tell I was not. I did not notice any taste when swallowing, and not harsh odors. For the price, 220 tablets is an incredible price. The PERFECT vitamin

I took these for about a month now and have felt an improvement in my daily energy! I'm normally a gummy vitamin type of person, but these vitamins are so small that they don't cause any difficulties swallowing them either!!
