They snuck in GLYCERIN & GELATIN from cows and pigs as the last ingredient. Avoid this ALIVE brand. I’m glad I found this multiple vitamin for women 50+. It’s higher potency than other once per day tablets, gummies etc. I find the higher dose of B vitamins really helps manage my stress. Nature Way alive women 50+ ultra multivitamin
My doctor switched me to this vitamin. Told me he thought it would work better for me. It has it’s a great vitamin my only negative comment is I wish it came in a gummy form or a gel pill.
