This product is definitely hydrating! I’m not sure it does anything else but hydrate for me (doesn’t help my dark circles) but the consistency is a nice soothing gel which feels nice to put on after waking up as well as after washing my face to go to bed. No residue either which is a bonus. Results after first use!
I struggle with dark circles and bags under my eyes since losing weight recently! This product showed results after just the first application!
