I have been using this product for several years and love, love, love it!!! I am not a 'product' person. No make up. This is the first face wash I ever committed to. I stuck with it because I found this refill pouch. I am committed to at least reducing my plastic consumption. The refill bag allowed me to give myself a pass for my continued use. Sadly, it appears Neutrogena decided to discontinue this. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE PUMP TO WORK. I Like the CLEANSER. HATE THE PUMP (the new one) - so much so that although I've only used neutrogena face cleanser for the past 15 years, I'm legit not buying it again until they fix this idiotic top. first bottle my father and I both tried and it broke, this time myself and brother and sister tried while carefully following directions and it broke again. and we're not dumb. we're fully functional adults. Stinky face wash
