I am obsessed with this lip balm! i’ve been using it at night especially since my lips are chapped and it is so soothing and hydrating honestly the best out there for hydration without being sticky or slippery. Beautiful hydration
If you need a good moisturizer for your lips, this is the container is small, but it lasts a long time since you do not need much product. Soft hydration with a hint of color

Needs a safety seal!!!
I love this product. I have very dry lips that are prone to peeling and cracking. I have a moisturizing system in place now to keep them pretty healthy, but if I ever want to wear some lip color (be that lipstick, tinted lip balms, etc.) my lips tend to peel A LOT the next day. With this gloss I get a fair amount of color and my lips are feeling MORE moisturized after wearing this daily for a week! I am so excited I can add some color to my lips again! HOWEVER, Neutrogena really needs to add a safety seal to these. I have no confidence that someone at the store hasn’t already pulled the wand out and tried it on! You can tell it happens because other products with safety seals have been opened at the store. At least then you can reach for one where the seal is still intact. PLEASE add a seal to these. Excellent formula
Excellent formula for a drug store price point. This lip gloss is evenly pigmented, the pigment has a good situation, and it stays on while eating & drinking. It doesn't transfer off easily. Hydrating neitrogena gloss

my favorite on the go lipgloss!
I love love, love, Hydro boost, hydrating lip shine! I think this is the best product to have on you to give you that perfect glow on your face and it’s like amazing! The coverage a little goes a really long way, but you can always build on top to get that more glossier effect! The pigment is good. There is a little color but I like it because it adds just enough color and a lot of gloss for your lips pop!
