At first i was happy you took out the coloring, but your claim the formula is the same as the old product is very wrong. This formula is completely different according to the label. this new cleanser does not foam up the way the old product did. Most importantly, I have to use a much larger voluMe of product to accomplish The same cleaning area as i used to. I am a 58 year old woman who has used and loved this product for years. I have been using this product for over 30 years and have never noticed the awful smell that it has now. Also the orange color in the soap is gone its now clear and they cleanser doesn’t lather like it use to. cannot tolerate the smell
I have been using Neutrogena face wash products for more than twenty years, but the oil-free acne wash smells rancid to me. I had recently purchased the bottle so I thought that maybe I just got a bad batch or that the store didn't store it properly, so I bought another bottle from a different store. It had the same terrible smell. My wife says she tolerates it, but i cannot stand the smell. Reviews indicate that some others notice the same unpleasant smell. I'm not finding alternate Neutrogena face wash products in nearby stores like i used to. I guess I'm going to find a new face wash product. Love Neutrogena!

They meant it unlike other common brands that claim to be sensitive but instead made my skin worse.
