need a non foaming formula

Really removes makeup!

Complicated pump
This cleanser is a very gentle and nice cleanser. I have been using it for several years. However... With My latest purchase, I noticed the bottle looked different. When I attempted to open the new bottle to activate the pump, it actually took me over an hour just to get the pump to work. By accident, I actually got it to work. I actually had to go online to try to find instructions, where I read that so many people have this problem. I Don't even know if I could do it again. Not sure if I will be buying this again. USED To be my holy grail
Why does neutrogena insist on constantly reformulating the Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser (foaming formula)? I have used this, exclusively, as my face wash for soooo many years but, with the last reformulation, many years of happy skin have come to an abrupt end. new dispenser is horrible and annoying
I've used this product for Many, many years... love it! But... my last purchase has a new type of dispenser: H O R R I B L E. did I say... H O R R I B L E. The little top that you press to dispense the product comes off VERY, VERY, VERY easily - EVERY time i use it. say what? this is a pain in the butt. after a week of annoyance, i fortunately thought to check my recycle bin - and lo and behold: the old bottle was still there. hallelujah!!!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on neutrogena.com
