This is an okay smelling conditioner by Nexxus. The texture is creamy, thick, and white and the soap goes all over my hair very well. I like the moisture it provides and my hair looks plus smells great! I like to use the shampoo, then this conditioner. A great smelling and moisturizing choice!
This conditioner smells lovely and does a great job in between deep conditioning treatments for my super thirsty hair. Formula Change. Awful!
Don’t waste your money. This is not the same formula. They took out the protein and keratin in it which makes a huge difference . I have been using this for years. Even my stylist would ask what I was using. My hair was alway soft and shiny. Would not recommend if you liked the product as it was. A disaster of a reformulation
What have you done?! I have used Humectress for many, many years. Loved it! I have thick, color-treated hair, and Humectress provided the moisture I needed. This new formula is a huge disappointment. It does NOT moisturize! My hair no longer feels soft! I appreciate the new pump bottle, but I just wish there was a great product inside. Now I will have to see what your competitors can offer. Why change perfection??
Why did you change the formulation!?!? I have used this conditioner for over a decade and have never strayed. Suddenly the ingredients are changed along with the packaging? I am heartbroken. Devestating reformulation
I am so saddened and confused by this reformulation. This seems to be a completely new product designed for an entirely different customer base. No more elastin, no more keratin, no more collagen, no more coconut oil. All of the ingredients I liked about this product were removed, yet the price is the same. I’ve been religiously using humectress products for a couple years with incredible results. At first I thought the packaging had just changed, but as soon as I rinsed my hair for the first time with this new version, I knew I’d need to find a new conditioner again. The difference is immediately noticeable, and not in a good way. The smoothness and hydration I used to get just isn’t there. My hair doesn’t even feel like my hair anymore. The texture is drier, more prone to tangling, and no where near as soft. I think I’m better off opting for Dove at this point (plus it’s half the price). It’s really unfortunate, though - I’d actually be willing to pay more for the old formula. I’m worried I’ll never find anything as good to replace it. This new one feels no different than any run-of-the-mill generic conditioner. It’s certainly not worth the money anymore.
