These caplets are very small, and so are very easy to swallow, much easier than the round pills. They are also scored, so you can cut them in half if you want a smaller dose. They also seem to be absorbed at a steadier pace, so no jitters. Good product, not many places stock this particular brand of caffeine and I really like it. Clean Caffeine when you need it!
I have been using this product for years and it is the best! I have tried other brands but, they gave me the jitters or I felt anxious like I do with Guarna. And coffee upsets my stomach with the acid content.
