I am a first time user of this omega mini. At the beginning I liked this product because of no fishy taste but I found out that it was very hard to swallow. One time it got stuck in my throat and had to drink lots of water to have it down. It happened several times thereafter. Genius!
I decided to try these because regular fish oil capsules are 1)Difficult for me to swallow because they are large and 2)the fish taste repeats on me. Not so with the mini strawberries! After you get through the nauseating legalese I have to admit that Nordic Naturals is a good product and that their claims , although exaggerated, are accurate. Top quality-many perks
This is the best fish oil out there. Approved by my doctor for top quality. I love them because they are small and easier to swallow. I have been purchasing the Fish Oil Minis for a while. I love that they are smaller than other fish oil gels, have no fishy smell, easy to swallow, and are reasonably priced.
