Hi Diana Naranjo, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are so sorry to hear the LIFT & SNATCH! BROW Micro-brush tinted eyebrow pen product didn't arrive in perfect condition. We take the freshness of our products very seriously. Please note, this pen should be shaken before each use: with the cap on, shake the brow pen at a downward angle. Then, uncap it and use the flexible micro-tip to fill sparse areas with thin strokes.
