I really wanted to like it, but it is all not worth it. It does not tint, and does not draw natural lines. It is like a marker which smudges. Also at one point it started leaking. Great product, but needs improved packaging.
This product has great potential. It is easy to apply and fills in brows beautifully. Five star when it works. The problem is with the packaging. If you are going to take it anywhere into altitude (e.g. mountain towns) be aware it will leak profusely so be aware when you take off the cap. Also, I have purchased tubes at times that are very dry and need to be thrown away. It doesn’t happen ever time, but enough that I hold my breath with a new purchase.Reply from NYX Professional Makeup1 month agoHello Adelaide! Brow Tint Pen, though we are so sorry to hear about the leakage at high altitudes and the occasional dry pen. Because this pen uses a specialized liquid ink-feed system to deliver hair-like precision strokes, changes in air pressure during travel or elevation shifts can push excess fluid into the cap, while storing the pen horizontally or cap-up can cause the fine micro-brush tip to dry out. NYX Eyebrow Tint!! The best
NYX NYX NYX!!! How do you do it!! I have been into a more natural look for my eyebrows, and this has been easy to use! I feel like it glides onto the skin so easily, and I love the skinny hair like strokes! There is no scent, and it is really simple to use. I have not used a brow pen in so long, and this was a great surprise! It is a tint, so you will definitely need to use a makeup remover to remove the product! Color change
This was my go-to brow pen that I had used for years. Recently, I got a new one and noticed the color "blonde" had changed from a nice neutral caramel brown to a pumpkin orange. I thought I got a faulty product until I started digging and saw others talking about how shades had changed. I wouldn't recommend using the "blonde" color unless you have ginger hair. I will unfortunately have to find something else to use because it is unusable for me now with caramel blonde hair. It does sound like a pigment issue…with the cap on, be sure to shake the brow pen at a downward angle. We have not changed any of the colors for this brow pen. Perfect for shaved brows!
So first of all: I have no eyebrows at all, I shaved mine off for comfort. These pens? They are the ONLY things that make my eyebrows look right, and stay on. I can do any shape I want! And they last ALL day, even through my crazy job as a dog groomer.
