The vivid coral of Marge's pearls. The bright pink of Homer's doughnut. Krusty's teal hair. Duffman's red uniform. Patty and Selma's signature dress tones. Even the neon green of nuclear waste at the plant. These are the colors we lost for the sake of 6 variations of brown. I don't know how much of this was NYX's decision and how much of it was the franchise owner's, but this is seriously an insulting lack of inspiration. A pack of almost-nothing-but-neutrals does not make a product 'wearable'. It just makes it like everything else on the drug store shelf. The Simpsons eyeshadow palette.
The colors are a great homage to The Simpsons. I just wish the colors didn't need to be heavily reapplied.
