Volume for days,hair feels thicker

I've been using this for so many years but unfortunately the new formula which i've been using only for 1 week makes my hair dry, dull and unmanageable. Also, you need to use a lot since i am not sure if it's cleaning my hair properly, the texture of the product from milky rich to loose translucent. Hopefully, the company will bring back the old formula. Worst shampoo
I bought last week and I found my hair become rough, lifeless after using this shampoo. I was so hopeful before using this shampoo but after a couple of uses I experienced that this is the worst shampoo I have used. Hair are so lifeless, rough and sticky. I am very much disappointed.
