There aren't many products out there for kids with this problem. These are amazing. They are fruit flavored gummies that actually taste good. He actually reminded me if I forgot to give them to him. Normally trying to get him to take fiber was a real challenge. These fiber gummies are a game changer. They work and help soften his stools. They are very affordable. I received a jar free from Influenster but since then I have bought them and they are very affordable and well worth it. I give him 2 gummies a day so the jar lasts almost a full month. Kid friendly and mom approved!

I have a 9-year-old, and it's literally my job to keep him happy and healthy, so I was excited to get these fiber gummies! Gut health is so important for the rest of your body. A lot of ailments are eased by practicing good gut health! These gummes are colorful, fun, and taste amazing. They're made to be gentle on your kids' bellies and include FOS, which is a prebiotic plant based fiber, and every 2 gummies includes 3g of it. The gummies are super chewy, though, so I wouldn't recommend them for younger children as they're a little hard to chew. My sons love them though and they've taken them with no problem! I also tried them, just so I could give a real honest opinion myself, and I think they've been great. They get your stomach moving, so if you have issues with being regular....I recommend these. Plus, what adult doesn't love an excuse to eat some gummies? Hard and too chewy

My child says it tasted good but was very hard and hard to chew. I don’t feel that is a good quality in a child’s supplement.
