not for me

Worth the try.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying Olly Mellow Menopause capsules for a bit, and they’re easy to take with no weird aftertaste. I have noticed better sleep, feeling calmer, and fewer hot flashes, though it’s not a total fix. Took a little time to kick in, but overall I do feel some relief. Worth trying if you want a gentle option. The packaging is cute, but the cap gives a little bit of trouble opening. Effective and a good buy

Didn't work for me

Everybody is different and seems you need to find the one that works for you and your body. The ingredients are simple.
