I really do love these gummies!! This is my second bottle. They taste great and give me energy. I have noticed them curbing my appetite. I can usually go till the evening without eating anything when I take them. I ordered them on tik tok because I can get them for half price then what’s listed in store. I’ve been using these gummies for a few weeks and really enjoy the apple flavor. They are easy to take and make adding a supplement to my routine simple. I also like that they don’t have the typical vitamin aftertaste. I haven’t noticed any significant changes but they seem to help support my overall wellness when combined with healthy eating and exercise. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the bottle contained a months supply at the recommended serving size . Doesn't deliver
Been taking metabolism gummies for 3 months. Hasn't worked for me. Only thing noticed is helped with nails just a bit. Old, stale and hard.

Yummy but hair loss
These may have had a bit of an effect on my waistline and bloating. However, 4-6 weeks after starting them, my hair started falling out. It was just like the 4 month postpartum hair loss.
