I will be honest, I don’t know if this has necessarily done a lot for my digestion, but I do enjoy taking them daily, and they definitely taste delicious. Good for digestion
I really like Olly probiotic prebiotic it’s easy to take, taste good and feels like a simple addition to my daily routine. I have notice digestion feels more balanced since using it. Or because gummies just sit there in my stomache,??? Wondering??? Is there some other way to take besides pills hard for me to swallow or powder form??? Great taste & wide variety of flavors
