One A Day has been my go-to multivitamin for a while now. It’s placed right next to my daily coffee so I never forget to take it daily. The pill is a bit on the larger side, but it doesn’t bother me. I haven’t experienced any negative effects. It works great! Good supplemental vitamin for men

Works On The Things We Can't See
It makes my family feel better to take supplements. We can't see what is happening but we know we are doing everything we can to keep ourselves healthy. They are easy to swallow. They have no after taste. The price is great compared to other similar brands.
