    Don’t forget your vitamins always in my gym bag. I take my vitamins everyday. They don’t make me sick. They have no smell. Definitely worth it. Great value for the price

    This is really effects in my opinion I love it. It absorb really easy and fast. This one a day multivitamin have a the vitamin A,C, E,K,D and B it has calcium,magnesium and biotin and other vitamins. The value of this vitamin is depends where you buy it . This multivitamin is designed for convenience and portability a support a busy lifestyle.
