I've been on multiple medications that each cause dry mouth for over 20 years now. I honestly don't remember life before severe dry mouth. I stopped being able to chew gum around 2010. My dental hygienist told me about this product for the first time only one week ago. I had no idea what it's like to actually produce saliva. I use them throughout the day, especially after meals, and I am amazed at how clean my teeth feel. I use two at night per the directions, with my mouthguard and CPAP, and it's been wonderful. I'm honestly getting addicted to how much better my mouth feels. I just wish I'd known sooner, before countless dental fillings and now, periodontitis with irreversible bone deterioration.
