I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I’ve always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can’t afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. The packaging looks clean and premium, and the brush heads themselves feel very high-quality. They click onto the iO handle perfectly and look exactly like the original ones. After trying them, I noticed how soft and gentle they are — perfect for sensitive gums, but still clean really well. I love that they don’t feel harsh or scratchy at all. do not recommend.
barely feels like it's cleaning. Far too soft and gentle.
