As you likely know, our shampoos and conditioners offer varying levels of moisturization, and this product may be more moisturizing than needed for your hair's texture and condition. If you haven't already, try using a little less product. Also, if you normally use both a shampoo and conditioner, you could try using just the shampoo and only using conditioner every other or every third wash. We recommend occasionally using a clarifying shampoo to remove product buildup and restore hair cleanliness. You can also apply conditioner primarily to the mid-lengths and ends of hair, avoiding the scalp to prevent greasiness. Also, consider washing your hair twice, applying a small amount of shampoo each time, to ensure a thorough cleanse. Your report is unexpected and we will share your comments with the rest of the team. As you likely already know, hair can look and feel dry if it is not conditioned enough. We recommend using a richer conditioner or a conditioning treatment two or three times a week. The conditioning treatment will help with the tangling as well. Regarding the consistency, a product can become thicker or thinner when exposed to extreme temperatures and it should return to normal consistency when it returns to a normal room temperature.
