New Formula Leaves a lot to be desired
Sent my daughter to the store to purchase Pantene Volumizing Mousse for my fine, flat hair. She brought home the new formula. After using it, not only did it flatten my hair, but my hard to maintain perm is now flat and i need to get a partial perm to get some lift back. That is an expensive and disappointing lesson.
