What is happening to Persil? This new triple care product is watery, smells cheap and fruity. The clothes feel like there is a film and it leaves a musty smell like it wasn’t thoroughly clean. I wasn’t a fan of the 2025 Original formula but this is even worse. Horrible new “original” formula
I used to LOVE your product but my your new “original” is just awful. Your fragrance used to be light and fresh but now your fragrance is overpowering. It now triggers migraines for me with its scent, its caustic, strong, and fake smelling. I have been unable to remove the scent from my clothes even after washing them 3times with another detergent. I can not stand the scent it is horrible and I feel like it’s ruin my clothing. Your new formula also leaves behind a greasy residue on the clothes. Your product was my favorite now I won’t touch it. Smells like a porta potty
I came here to do some research and it appears I’m not alone. The smell of this new triple act detergent is repulsive and smells like a porta potty. I’m so upset, I switched to this brand specifically after I got covid 6 years ago because it was one of the few that didn’t smell terrible to me…but now, here we are. TripleCare Original is a top tier performer!
I’ve been using Persil since it was introduced to the USA in 2015. It always works great for me and this latest TripleCare version is no different. I care about general stain removal but color preservation and fabric care is also important to me. I’ve read that the scent of the new TripleCare Original version is not being received well but I like it. Very Upset!
I just restocked my Persil Original that I've used for years. I switched to Persil from another brand because that brand changed their formula, and I couldn't stand the new smell. Well, here we go again. This new formula reeks! It smells like the gross laundermat I have to go to when I need to wash large items. That's the smell of old, rancid, goopy detergent that has likely been building up in the washers since they opened. Why must companies these days always change a good thing? I'll now have to return the jugs I bought and look for yet another brand. I'm sorry for the negativity, but I'm so sick of being loyal to a product only to have it changed for the worse.
