The actual new toothbrush is a lighter version of one I purchased 6 years ago. BEWARE!!! IT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ADAPTER. However, I called Phillips Sonicare in Stsmford, CT, and they FedExed one to me immediately at no charge. The product is quite good, although lighter, and the brus fastens at the neck now. I do like the toothbrush however the brush head comes off while brushing my teeth.
