I decided to try this mascara thinking it would be a better option than most I’ve tried, but I was sooo disappointed. I am a mascara tester. I have tried this one before a few years ago & decided to give it another try., maybe the quality was better now, but no. This mascara is thick, Gloppy, & flaky. It did not go on evenly. The glops coat some lashes leaving other lashes untouched. It was a big mess, a total waste of money. The brush was a bit odd like a brush on one side & a comb on the other which I feel contributed to the gloppiness. Kind of Disappointed
I love PF products in general because usually the quality is pretty good, it’s not as expensive as designer brands, and it’s easily accessible. I’ve been happily using this brand for double digit years. I was excited to try this product. It does lengthen and add volume to my lashes but the problem is it’s very difficult to clean off my lashes completely despite using moistened facial wipes and water during my skin routine. It’s very stuck on there even days later, meaning most of it has come off but there will be a stubborn little blob stuck to my lashes. I also don’t want to pull because it will take off my lashes :(. I’ve never experienced such a stubborn lash formula before. The mascara consistency was as you’d expect (not dry). I am also not a big fan of the brush they chose but that could just be personal preference. It took a while for me to get more comfortable with it and I’m still not as comfortable. If PF can revamp their formula and brush, I’d be willing to give this another try. I wish I could have given it a glowing remark.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
