I like cleansing balms to remove my makeup and I didn’t find this one did a great job and then it was also hard to remove with my normal cleanser. I haven’t found a cleansing balm I love but currently the elf cleansing balm is the best I’ve used so far. Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as part of my nighttime routine and while I loved the moisturizer, I could not get behind the cleanser. It felt so grippy on my face and almost felt like it was repelling water. I had to double check the instructions to make sure I was using it right because it left my face feeling like I had a ton of grease layered on. Hard to wash off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love Ponds but I was disappointed. The product applies easily to the face and helps dissolve the makeup, but it doesn’t come off easily. The holy Grill of gentle make up remover

There is a reason that this one has remained as stable for generations. It simply works. Melts away everything, this is a powerhouse for breaking down heavy foundation and stubborn waterproof mascara. It melts makeup on contact without the need for harsh scrubbing. I have sensitive eyes and I found this formula to be very gentle. Sensitive skin approved

Very strong smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I have a sensitivity to smells and fragrance in products. This one has a very strong smell. It works to remove make up, but I was so overwhelmed by the fragrance that I couldn’t use it a lot. It smells like my grandma, and I don’t know another way to describe that. I have been using your products for years! Love the moisturizer but you discontinued the cucumber cleanser why please bring it back the regular makeup remover cleanser smells my husband hates it and the fragrance free one is too thin.
