I have been using Ponds Colld Cream, this old favorite, on and off for many years since seeing mother use this product. I am now 78! I used to LOVE it and really enjoyed coming back to it after using other products. Felt like coming home. I loved the way it removed makeup leaving a lovely feeling of softness and having a light fraggrance. Since using this last 6.1 oz jar I am wondering what has changed. The frangrance is very unpleasent and different than it was so I don't think I will use the next jar which is on standby in my bathroom. Has the formula changed? Makeup remover

It helps because you're a skin would look really clean after. Good product to remove makeup
The service is so poor in Monrovia Ca store. The old lady is so RUDE & NASTY. Unprofessional & unwilling to help me with my purchase. Every time when I shop in this store with this lady. If she is very unhappy with this job why didn’t she retire already. Let someone are willing to help & nice attitude towards the clients. I heard complaints from other customers & staffs about this NASTY lady! My mom showed me how to use Ponds Cold Cream 60 years ago and I have used it daily. Today, my 15 year old granddaughter was struggling to remove her eye makeup and I gave her some Ponds. Wow
I tried Ponds cold cream about 10 years ago and it was not like what I used as a kid of the 1980’s. So I decided to give it a try again and so glad I did. The formula was just like I remembered from the 80’s. It’s thick and hydrating almost greasy, and the smell is LOVELY just like it used too be. It takes makeup of quickly and leaves my skin hydrated.
