The BEST solution for cramps
The only heating patch product that actually gets hot and STAYS hot. Like we’re talking at least 4-5 hours. I can see how some people think it gets too hot. But for someone like me who is not temperature sensitive, most patches do nothing for me and my cramps. And when you’re cramps that bad… slight warmth won’t do it for you. Buy these for my wife an daughters
These are a godsend!!! The best heated product ever

The patch scalded me.
I do not recommend this product at all. Unless you like getting burned. I tried one for the first time last week on the first or second day of my period while I was at work because I was cramping pretty bad. Long story short I ended up being burned by it. Not the same at all
I ordered 4 boxes of this product because I love this specific version of the heating patch, I buy as many as I can when available because they’re always sold out. I have endometriosis and these patches really help when I’m at work and want to be discreet. Here’s the issue- the image showed it to be the larger rectangular patch that lasts 12 hrs. That is the one I’ve used before. Has good heat and good area coverage as well as it does actually last the 12 hours sometimes more. Instead what I received were 4 much smaller square boxes with patches that lasts 8 hours. I was extremely upset. But even then I wasn’t going to flip without trying it. So I used one patch out of one of the boxes. First off, SO much smaller than the size I’ve used before from this brand. It has the coverage for just my belly button and maybe 1/2 an inch on the side. So I’m heavily disappointed with the lack of range. But I’m thinking “maybe the heat will be strong enough to radiate to the necessary regions”. I’ve officially been wearing this thing for 5 hours, and it feels no warmer than my own hand on my skin. Soothing and discreet
This warm and comforting patch was discreet and comfortable and it wasn’t too hot. It stayed put against the fabric and I forgot I was wearing it! It features a cute design and fits nicely in a purse if you need one on the go. Highly recommend!{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
