Quality is declining

Cotton swab on one side only
Three purchases in a row now with this product and the same lack of quality in each. A majority of the cotton swabs only have cotton on one end, just the stick on the other. One would think that the quality control department or a in-process robotic visual inspection would catch these rejects before they made it into the packaging. Superior

They have plenty of cotton and are not weak. Is there a world cotton shortage? Mabe if they were made in America instead of Turkey the quality would not be so poor. I hope your product could improve before I shop for a different brand.
